The Fletcher Wellness Hotel in Helmond
The Fletcher Wellness Hotel in Helmond is a location with many different facilities. It is the so-called mirror room that offers us a suitable location to give our training and classes. You can park your car for free in the Lidl car park or in the parking spaces along the road.
Mirror room
The hall has a floor area of 233 square meters. The 22 meter long side wall is fully equipped with mirrors, so you can see demonstrations of techniques from 2 sides. Although the floor gives a little more than a standard gymnasium, we do place an extra mat on it for the real throwing work.
Facilities
Next to this room there are changing rooms, separate for men and women, with individual shower compartments. So after training you have the opportunity to freshen up before continuing your day.
Location of the mirror room in the hotel
The room is located on the 2nd floor. Accessible via the elevator behind the reception desk.
Upon entering the hotel, walk past the reception on the right. The double folding doors on the left lead to the stairwell. The relevant elevator is immediately on the left after the doors. Choose the 2nd floor.
Once on the 2nd floor, it is immediately to the right through the doors.

Trial Lessons
There will be open trial lessons on Monday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 22 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Doors open from 5:45 PM.
Walk in without an appointment, or give a thumbs up on Facebook if you would like to come. You can exercise in a shirt and boxer shorts. If you don't have wrestling shoes yet, you can simply participate barefoot. The floor is not cold.
