From an expert knowledge of the basic techniques, we move on to advanced techniques. Alex Durán has been teaching and coaching MMA since 2010. He also offers a wide range of wrestling disciplines, specializing in Catch Wrestling and Grappling. The classes he gives in Helmond are suitable for adults and children aged 13 and over.
As traditionally upheld by SnakePit Wigan. Catch Wrestling originally comes from England. SnakePit Wigan offers the original classes and techniques. Alex regularly goes to England to keep his knowledge and skills up to date.
Grappling, allowing technique and holds from all the wrestling sports (including Freestyle Wrestling and Greco-Roman Wrestling), has the most permissive rules set among them. Being most of the fight spent on the ground, Grappling can be considered as one of the safest wrestling sports to practice.
MMA - hybrid combat sport incorporating techniques from boxing, wrestling, judo, jujitsu, karate, Muay Thai (Thai boxing), and other disciplines.
