Which martial arts disciplines do you offer?
At Graiño Team Netherlands we offer various martial arts disciplines, including Catch Wrestling, Grappling and MMA. Our instructor is trained and qualified in these disciplines and can guide students of all levels.
Who are the lessons intended for?
Our lessons are intended for both adults and children aged 13 and over. Our goal is to provide a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can learn and grow.
Which language is used during the classes?
Alex Durán teaches in English. He also speaks Spanish, Galician and basic Dutch.
Where and when do the classes take place?
The classes take place in the Spiegelzaal of the Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Helmond at Scheepsboulevard 2 in (5705 KZ) Helmond. Free parking is possible next to the Lidl supermarket. Are you coming by public transport? Then it is only a 750 meter walk from the Helmond center train station.
