Catchwrestling / Grappling / MMA group classes
The group classes are in Helmond,.The classes are given in the sports accommodation of the Fletcher Hotel on the Suytkade in Helmond.
On Fridays Alex teaches in Den Haag at Martial Arts Center Den Haag. To join these classes we would like te refer you to their page as this is a class you can only join by becoming a member there.

Do you wish to delve into certain techniques in depth in a one on one session? Then a private lesson is possible by appointment. Please contact us to discuss your wishes.

Single Lesson
Pay per lesson

Quarterly Subscription
